If you are ready to get started the next step is to sign up for an introductory on-ramp session with a certified CrossFit trainer. You can purchase your first on-ramp session here, the cost is $45 and the first session is one hour long. We will contact you within 24 hours of purchasing this program to schedule your class.
The on-ramp class is a pre-requisite into our CrossFit program. This session will introduce you to the basic CrossFit exercises and you will do a WOD (workout of the day) as well. Beginners may need additional on-ramp sessions prior to joining our regular CrossFit classes. The additional on-ramp sessions will cover a set curriculum that will teach you all of the movements to better prepare you for the group classes.

How classes work:
CrossFit classes are in groups, class size varies because we do not make you commit to a set schedule. Our training is unlimited. You can train as many days a week as you like, whenever it fits into your schedule. We offer several classes everyday (see class schedule below) and each class is led by a Certified CrossFit Trainer. The workouts are one hour long. Each class begins with a warm up, then you do the WOD (workout of the day) and the class ends with some stretching. Workouts are always different, you will like that we do not repeat workouts so it feels that you are always doing something new. These workouts include functional movements which benefit your body tremendously because you are strengthening your muscles in ways they move in everyday life. Lastly, workouts are executed at high intensity, if you think you work hard on your own just wait until you workout in a class with other people who encourage you. Classes include men, women, people of every age and all fitness levels. Work hard, Train often, Get better!

Every Thursday is "bring a friend day" and we allow first time visitors to try a class for free. We also have a "Community Workout" every Saturday at 9am that anyone is able to attend. If you would like to come in for a free Thursday class or attend a Community workout please fill out the "Free Consultation" submission form located to the right of this website and we will contact you to confirm your attendance.
