12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE STARTS JANUARY 14th, 2013!
Are you like many people who want to change their health and fitness levels, but have no idea where to start? We understand this can be a very intimidating decision. BoomFIT wants to guide you through this process of change. It comes down to creating new habits and getting rid of the old bad ones. This takes time and we want to help you every step of the way. Our Transformation Program will teach you what a healthy lifestyle looks like through efficient exercise and good nutrition, and we will teach you how to get there in 12 weeks. BoomFit has many training combinations that will fit your schedule and comfort levels. All sessions will be 60 minutes long. Our time together is important, and at this stage 30 minute sessions are not enough time together. We want to help you take that very important first step, and start your healthy lifestyle changes!
Is the Transformation Program right for you?
The Transformation Program is right for you if you are wanting to lose 15 to 50+ pounds, new to fitness, intimidated by “working out”, have trouble reaching your goals, need a structured system to help you make the changes needed, and/or struggle with nutrition.
How will the Transformation Program benefit you?
When you begin your personal Transformation Program, we will map out what that journey looks like. We will meet 3 times a week, and we will give “home workout” assignments every week determined by your goals and progress. We will track your progress through weekly pictures and measurements to keep you motivated. As for nutritional coaching, we will determine which approach gives you the best chance of succeeding. You will be part of our social networking page on Facebook so you can ask questions to trainers or other people going through BoomFit’s programs.
What happens after I finish my program?
Making it through your first program will be a huge accomplishment! For many people it will be a life changing program. We will revisit your goals and show you all your progress during the program. If all of your goals are accomplished, we want to graduate you to the next level! Your new fitness level allows you to work at higher intensity. How many days a week we meet and how long your workouts need to be will be determined at this time.
